And the episode ended with the remaining pathetic gang dancing together in a circle at the reception, mirroring the end of the Spring Dance episode in the first season when Brenda gave it up to Dylan, Kelly and Brenda wore the same dress, Kelly was a Spring Princess and tried to crack onto Brandon, Donna was still only there for comic relief so she wore a Scarlett O’Hara dress she couldn’t sit down in, Andrea and her bad perm didn’t get invited and had a ridiculous Prom Night horror movie hallucination about going on a murderous rampage, and Steve got drunk and called Kelly a slut. Good times!
