Televised Revolution Podcast #125

This episode went to air on 4ZzZ on 3 June 2010. Due to a failed recording and trouble sourcing the audio, this was lost to the ages until today. It all seems so long ago as so much has since changed. Marvel at the outdated fashions and ye olde hair styles. Gosh, and we sure did know how to turn a phrase back then.

On this show from yore, Dan, Dennis, and Simon discuss:

  • A then-new technological innovation called an iPad.
  • The lads talk to Julian Morrow from the Chaser about their new iPhone app.
  • And much, much more.

reminds me of the lyrics to one of the strangest songs I’ve ever heard:

    Artist: Shellac
    Title: New Number Order

    “Ok
Here’s what we’re going to do
We all know the numbers right?
    From zero to infinity
    Whatver
Some other number with a mess of zeros behind it
Here’s what we’re going to do
    We’re gonna change the order
    of these numbers
    to make things interesting

    Ok here we go:
    1 Million and 1
    Sixty-six
    1 Billion, twenty-five, seventy-five thousand
1 Billion and eight, six, something
    Zero
    1 Million 1
    Twenty-two
    Seventy-five
    Eleven
    Eleven

Ok this is the new order

    The New Number Order”

The show number is way higher than the podcast number on top of that, we should make “Don’t be Tardy to the Party” our theme song.

I am getting sick of your current theme song….
