The good guys were the Suntots who rode dolphins and were kind to the environment. The baddies (who, typically, were so much more interesting than the good guys that the show was named after them) were these pollutin', waste dumping, treasure-obsessed and very mean characters. I think they all lived on an island and the Suntots always had to stop the Smoggies from ruining the environment. Subtle, hey? It was a Canadian kids show on ABC; probably when we were about 6 or 7?
