Are you my mummy? Steven Moffat takes the reins
Good news everyone!
The BBC have officially announced that Steven Moffat will take over showrunning duties on Dr Who for its fifth series (of the revamp), starting in 2010. Moffat, best known for his writing of Press Gang, Coupling, and recently Jekyll, has been a lifelong Dr Who fan and has contributed many of the better scripts to this current incarnation of the timelord.

Steven Moffat is a great script writer. I love his eerie style. I’m sure he’ll make a great head honcho for this show which is taking the world by storm.
However, I should point out to the author of this article that Moffat is spelled with one ‘T’. Correcting this might help this story in search engines. I actually mistyped it myself and this was the top result from the Yahoo search engine because of that.
How embarrassing. I recall being so focused on how many f’s are in Moffat that I screwed the pooch badly.
